Disclaimer
Use results as planning estimates, not final quotes.
ProWash Estimator helps visitors organize estimating math. It does not replace an on-site walkthrough, local pricing knowledge, contract review, or professional judgment.
No professional advice
The site provides general educational information and calculators. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, engineering, environmental compliance, safety, or professional estimating advice.
Local costs and rules vary
Labor rates, payroll burden, insurance, chemical and equipment costs, water and wastewater regulations, and permit requirements can vary by location and business. Visitors are responsible for using accurate local inputs and confirming local runoff and drainage rules before starting work.
Surface and job conditions matter
Actual job cost can change because of surface material, structural condition, water access, story height, weather, occupied properties, schedule restrictions, customer changes, and hidden conditions such as underlying substrate damage.
Contracts and compliance
Before submitting a bid, review the scope, exclusions, payment terms, insurance requirements, chemical handling and disposal rules, change-order rules, safety requirements, and any licensing or local compliance obligations.
No guarantee of profit
Calculator results do not guarantee that a bid will win work, cover all costs, satisfy a customer, comply with a contract, or produce profit. Use the tools as a starting point and review every project carefully.
Estimate limits
Why field verification still matters
Pressure washing estimates are affected by conditions a web calculator cannot see: substrate damage under a coating of dirt, weakened wood fibers, roofing material and warranty terms, water source distance, and local wastewater rules. The calculator can organize the math, but it cannot inspect the jobsite.
Before using any result in a customer proposal, verify surface material, staining severity, access and safety requirements, chemical handling rules, disposal needs, permits, and contract requirements. Add written scope notes for exclusions and assumptions so the customer understands what is included.
ProWash Estimator is most useful as a planning aid and comparison tool. It is not a warranty of cost, production, profit, or project outcome.
